"A big thank you to ACW Draincare who have done a superb job unblocking a drain in my garden. A plumber had previously looked at it but the blockage was too large and jammed tight in the pipe. It wasn't possible to shift it without specialist tools so we agreed that it was a job for a drainage company. I telephoned ACW Draincare on Tuesday morning and spoke to Denny who said he could come out around lunchtime the same day. It was music to my ears. He said he would contact me when he was leaving his previous job to let me know he was on his way, which was really helpful. The blockage was very tricky to remove and took several hours of arduous work. He also had to access neighbouring properties as the actual blockage was located in a shared drain outside my property boundary.
