I wanted to purchase what I wanted myself but Graeme was always on the end of a text to guide me through buying the right items. On the day Graeme & Josh turned up on time & got on with the job. "I wanted a rather big extension on the side of my house, I searched the internet reading a few different reviews looking for builders. I came across Cobb builders . He came out to look at the job and got back to me with the estimate , exactly when he said he would . It came in on the average cost. I got such a good vibe I went with it. Graham then came up with a payment plan that suited us both and payment was at the end of different stages of the build. That was a big relief not spending out large sums at the beginning. I was never hassled for payments which made the experience of the build a lot less stressful. Graham always kept me updated and always turned up when he said he would. They worked hard and also put some long shifts in . Graham is upfront and never let me down and always left it clean and tidy . The building inspector came out a few times to have a look and sign off different stages of the build and was extremely happy with their work with no complaints. I would definitely recommend Cobb builders and I will be having more work done by them in the future."
