"Shoddy workmanship"
"Bunch of cowboys, no skills and no chance of doing a proper job...avoid like Covid."
"Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT use these cowboys , you will regret it all they want us your money do not believe all the lies about guarantee and paying only if satisfied and by card or bankers draft , all they want us cash in hand half way through the build , Come to 11 parklawn close pontnewydd and see HOW NOT yo Kay resin drive they will ruin your drive , charge you thousands for the privilege and then refuse to answer the phone or occasionally answer and palm you off with some excuse.. I have been waiting 5 months to get my drive sorted and they are not interested"
"Would "NOT" recommend, workmanship not up to the expected standard with the laying of my patio with inadequate base layed. This in turn has now resulted in several loose patio stones and one cracked which I have contacted them about repairing! Been fobbed off now for 4 months with broken promises of coming back to repair and never turned up!!! PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY UP FRONT IN GOOD FAITH BEFORE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE !!!!!!!!!!!!! MISTAKE"
