"This man is a gem, we rang him as our home con units had gone down in June. Everyone else turned me away, this gentleman called Lee told me his diary was sold too but told me not to hang up there were trade tricks we could try that might fire it up again. He was driving on M25, but based in newport and covered the whole uk. Anyways, I was inside and outside and first thing he told me to do it worked and all our air con units fired back on. He earnt nothing for this, just shows you that there are good solid and honest trading businesses still around. He has a major contract with a large hotel chain but told me he still like to do domestic work and business work in my local area but clearly works hard as he could have just fired me off, but he didn't. Saved his number my servicing is due in October and going to book him in to do it. Absolute brilliant service, he knows his trade for sure. Thought I should share my story with you. Quentin."
