Newport City Cleaning Ltd

"Paid nearly £300 for a “full house clean” and the result was shockingly poor. This wasn’t a few missed spots. Whole areas were left completely untouched. Every window slat in the house was still dusty, wardrobes I specifically asked to be cleaned weren’t done at all, and kitchen drawers were left exactly as they were. The overall standard was careless and looked like a rushed, surface-level wipe rather than a professional clean. When I raised this and requested a full refund, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was eventually offered a 40% refund, which doesn’t come close to reflecting the amount of work that was missed. Avoid at all costs!! Terrible service and highly unprofessional!!"

"Nick and his team are fab. We have an office clean twice a week that is great and we have just had the interior and exterior windows cleaned. They are gleaming! Highly recommended. Thank you!"

"Fantastic service, the team were professional, hard working, efficient and took pride in their work."
